In this workshop, participants will explore the role of psychological safety in building high-performing teams. The session examines how fostering an environment where individuals feel safe acknowledging mistakes, learning from challenges, and sharing honest, constructive feedback contributes to stronger trust and openness. By cultivating psychological safety, teams can enhance collaboration, improve communication, and achieve better overall performance.
